Debbie Dickerson, ABR, e-Pro, SRES - Debbie was born and raised in Cooks Point Texas, a small community between Bryan and Caldwell. She continues to live there with her husband Bill. She received her real estate license in 1992 and she became a broker in 1999 along with receiving her Certified Apartment Manager Designation. She recieved her Cerftificate as a New Home Sales Specialist in February of 2008 and her Accredited Buyers Representation Designation (ABR) in March 2008. She also received her Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation in June 2008. She worked for a property management company from 1992 to 2004, when she, along with her husband opened Tejas Real Estate Service (Property Management) and FossillMeyer Real Estate (Sales). She has been very active in the Bryan College Station Apartment Association where she served as Treasurer from 1998 to 2003, at which time she was elected as President Elect and she served as President in 2004. She has been a member of the Bryan College Station Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors since 1993. She currently serves as a Director of the Bryan College Station MLS, as well as a member of the Farm and Ranch Committee, Hospitality Committee and the Education Committee for the Bryan College Station Association of Realtors. She continues to take continuing education classes and she stays up to date in all aspects of Real Estate and the communities in which she serves. Outside of the Real Estate world, she is a member of the Caldwell Burleson County Lions Club, and the Bryan College Station Business and Professional Women's Club. Debbie served as the Volunteer Fire Chief for the Cooks Point Volunteer Fire Department and she also served as an EMT for four years as a first responder for her community. She enjoys spending time with her children, her granddaughter and her family. In their spare time, Debbie and Bill enjoy traveling, cooking and dancing.
Doris Lee, CRS, GRI has been a realtor for 15 years. She is also a knowledgable antique dealer specializing in Estate Sales for 13 years. Doris worked in the Engineering Department for GTE and Southwestern Bell Telephone Companies for 12 years.
Doris received her SRES, GRI, and CRS Designations, served as Secretary and Treasurer for the Caldwell Rotary Club and she is currently a member of the Caldwell Rotary Club, the Caldwell Burleson County Lions Club and the Burleson County Chamber of Commerce.
She has extensive experience in and knowledge of rural real estate, residential, land farm and ranch properties, she is experienced in buying and selling investment property and understands the home building process.
Doris has been married for 35 years and lived in the area for 28 years. Her children grew up here and she now has 4 grandchildren that call this area home.
